The following property rules are applied at check in and during your stay at our facility:
-No smoking inside the apartments.
-No pets.
-No parties and/or other events in the apartments or the communal area/pool.
-Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
-The use of the property and its areas (e.g. swimming pool, garden) is only allowed to registered guests based on the reservation and short-term rental agreement./registration.
-The common areas are monitored by closed-circuit television.
-Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk, as there is no surveillance.
-Guests are required to show an identification card and a credit card prior or upon check-in. 
-Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and property capabilities.
